Young Enterprise Day!

Today continued the enterprise activities put on for all year 8 students. They were in teams and were given projects where they had to design and piece together a new product. The whole day was really successful, as everyone was really enthusiastic and all got stuck in! The two day event was in aid to promote the idea of being innovative in business and what it takes to be an entrepreneur. I think it definately got a few students dreaming of one day having Richard Bransons millions!

    

Business & Enterprise

Today and tomorrow, we have a business and enterprise event going on for the year 8s. Tomorrow they will be getting more involved when they have some speakers from local businesses come in to chat to them. They will also be given the opportunity to build models and carry out group tasks that will help them learn more about business. This will hopefully inspire our younger students to think about what they can create in the future and how they can make an impact on the business world!

Paris Trip

Many of our pupils have just got back from a short trip to Paris for business studies! I will be talking to all students and staff involved and getting all the gossip and photos to post on here very soon…….
